Described once as 'The Daddy of all Sporting
Fixtures'; The Antient Scorton Silver Arrow,
is the World's oldest recorded and longest
established sporting event, dating back to 1673.

Next year, 17th May 2008 will be the 300th Annual
Recorded tournament in the Societies 336 year
history and promises to be a truly memorable
occasion.

We hope you enjoy looking through our Records,
which are reproduced here in celebration of our
historic traditions and dedicated to all our
honourable predecessors.
